His career spans leadership roles at Amazon, Orica, Schlumberger, along with strategic and operational engagements supporting General Motors, PepsiCo, Frito-Lay, Coca-Cola and other high performance environments where excellence is not optional and operational scale is measured in billions.
Today, Carlos teaches two frameworks: Enterprise Capability and Technology Capability frameworks. Both are built for individuals want to develop the skills and behaviors needed to deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers, and to be successful in their role today and in the future.
